The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive products and services, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads for commercial and personal vehicle sales.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure maximum profitability while meeting customer satisfaction goals.
6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
9. Coordinate with other departments, including finance and after-sales service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of commercial and personal vehicle specifications, features, and market trends.
