We are recruiting to fill the position below.

Role Summary

                     We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Executive will be responsible for strategic and operational business development. They are front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. BDEs are responsible for selling banking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. To be successful in this role, you should attend networking events to increase your contacts and find new potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive products and services.
  • Should maintain daily valid appointment with the clients in order to increase the volume of the target.
  • Should maintain joint calls with BDM on daily basis.
  • Assigned target should be finished within the particular time period.
  • Maintain proper time management on appointment with the clients.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes in the sales processing.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development or similar role.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
