Description

Jtel  is looking for a Customer Care Executive who is looking for a challenging and innovative environment to meet our Customer service requirements

  • Attending Broadband subscriber's problems /Complaints Received by Phone/Direct
  • Resolving Product or service-related complaints and replying to customers over phone calls , Emails or by given communication platform by following internal guidelines and policies
  • Tagging of Escalations in CRMS.
  • Should be ready for any ad-hoc duties if required
