Description

A Customer Service Engineer for Printers,Copier, Scanner is responsible for the maintenance and repair of printers, as well as providing technical assistance to customers. The job description may include:

  • Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance and cleaning, and replacing parts when needed
  • Repair: Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and executing repairs and replacements of faulty components
  • Installation: Assisting customers with setting up and configuring new printers
  • Support: Responding to customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and helping with copying and faxing
  • Inventory: Ordering additional parts and supplies, and setting aside parts and supplies based on the number of machines
  • Quality: Monitoring machines for quality issues
