  • Assist senior technicians and engineers in carrying out maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Learn to operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform basic quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Follow procedures to identify and report defects or discrepancies in production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and project deadlines.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on equipment status, maintenance logs, and inventory levels as required.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness among peers.
