Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in the food industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in food production. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient production processes and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines in  food processing and packaging machinery, such as ovens, Peeling Machine, Compressor, Colour Sortex Machine, fillers, and sealing machines.
• Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure optimal performance and identify issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and preemptively address potential problems.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output and meet production quotas.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are followed strictly at all times.
• Clean and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Document and report any issues or maintenance requirements to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding quality control and sanitation.
