Position Summary: The Supervisor for Facility Services at Neatt and Clean will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility services team. This role involves ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards, managing a team of service personnel, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The Supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

   • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facility services team.
   • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
   • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
   • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and address any issues.

2. Operations Oversight:

   • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
   • Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

3. Customer Relations:

   • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
   • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

4. Training and Development:

   • Train new employees on company policies, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
   • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

5. Scheduling and Resource Management:

   • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and tasks.
   • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.

6. Health and Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
   • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, task completion, and any incidents.
   • Prepare reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Work Environment:

• This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs and operational requirements.
• The work environment may include exposure to cleaning chemicals and various building conditions.
