Position: Supply Chain InCharge
As our Supply Chain InCharge, you will play a crucial role in Implementing, managing and enhancing our supply chain processes. You'll collaborate closely with vendors, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations, on-time dispatch of orders and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels and procurement activities to meet operational needs.
• Optimize logistics and transportation strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Implement a dynamic supply chain process.
Requirements:
• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally & documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
