Daily reconciliation with flock book (With Accountant) and ensure timely submission.
Post checking and validating all the EP entries should be approved on the same day.
Ensure timely submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report to region/corporate.
Ensure proper chicks planning in system before 7 days of placement.
Ensure proper Feed planning to prevent starvation.
Define the annual operating strategy including expansion of chick placement, adding new farms, etc. for the branch by coordinating with the respective Regional Managers. Best Farm to be selected based on the previous track records.
Oversee the implementation of all SoP’s in all the farms under the branch
Oversee the chick placement for all the farms in the branch and ensure the placement is as per the expected sales planning and ensure the placement should done on A,B,C grade farms, in rare case for D grade farm approval of Regional head . E, F grade should be avoided for placement.
Optimize the cost of production of broiler birds by strategically planning with the Regional Manager
Ensure maximum utilization of chick placement capacity in all the farms depending upon the market scenario
Meet the farmers in the branch on a regular basis and maintain excellent relationships with them
Classify the farmers in the branch as per categorization norms set by the corporate team and support them accordingly
Ensure timely farm code creation before chick placement.
Ensure correct mapping of latitude and longitude of farmer location.
Ensure all queries of the farmers are cleared and encourage farmers to expand their operations and collaboration with IB Group
Oversee all the activities of the LS and WS. Ensure the LS and WS are implementing all the processes defined by the central team
Oversee the work of the LS and ensure, the LS is visiting all the farms on a regular basis and performing all the checks necessary for healthy functioning of a broiler farm
Oversee the work of a WS and ensure the lifting is happening as per plan and as per the requirement shared by the Sales Executive
In case of deviations in the processes by the LS / WS, immediately investigate the reason for the same and inform the Regional Manager if necessary
Oversee all the hygiene related activities at all the farms by guiding the bio – security officer appropriately
Prepare reports on branch placement, FCR, feed consumption, average weight, etc. on a periodic basis and share the same with the Regional Manager
Ensure all activities done by the field team – LS, WS, etc. are recorded in the Effort Plus app and that there is 100% compliance and adoption to the app
