Description

 We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Academy in Thirupalaiyur. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Mathematics Tutors (Grades 6 to 10) - 2 positions
  • Spoken English Trainer - 1 position
  • Phonics Teacher - 2 positions
  • Hindi Teacher - 2 positions
  • Admin (Any Graduate) - 1 position
  • Abacus/Vedic Math Tutors - 2 positions

Responsibilities:

  • Tutors:

    • Conduct tutoring sessions for students in the respective subjects.
    • Prepare lesson plans and study materials tailored to students' needs.
    • Provide individualized instruction to help students improve academically.
    • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
    • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

  • Admin:

    • Manage daily administrative tasks.
    • Handle student and parent inquiries.
    • Maintain records and documentation.
    • Assist with the coordination of academy activities and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Tutors:

    • Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
    • Commitment to students' academic growth and success.
    • Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

  • Admin:

    • Any graduate with good organizational and administrative skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
