  • Client Outreach and Engagement:

  • Customer Education and Support:

  • Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Market Research and Reporting:

    • Gather insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitive offerings.
    • Prepare reports for management to inform strategy and product development.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client interactions and transactions.
  • Community Development Initiatives:

    • Participate in community development programs to enhance financial literacy and inclusion.
    • Collaborate with non-governmental organizations and local leaders to drive financial inclusion efforts.
