Tele caller

Job Summary: A tele caller primary role is to make outbound calls to inform or promote our company’s product. They are responsible for carrying out, and handling the sales deals entirely over the phone.

  • Tele caller position is open for immediate hiring
  • Female candidates preferred from Coimbatore only
  • Fresher or Experienced can apply
  • Location: Coimbatore, Trichy Road, Ramanathpuram.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company’s product.
  • Maintaining daily call records and progress reports
  • Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
  • Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
  • Taking and processing orders accurately

Qualifications:

  • 12th or higher education
  • Basic Communication in English
  • Fluent communication in local language
  • Basic computer skills
