Job Description:
Cattle Feed Sales, Mail communication, Responsible for managing the sales individually and daily Visiting of Village level Retail outlets and building awareness with Farmers about the Cattle Feed KEY RESULT AREAS – Daily.
• Build awareness and ensure to use Cattle Feed with Farmers.
• Evaluate Cattle Feed potential in the allocated Units Territory.
• 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion).
• Check Cattle Feed sales under the allocated Units Territory
• Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis & factors effecting purchase decision of Farmers & Agents.
• Marketing Strategy & How to Increase the Market Share of our Sales.
• Engaging of potential distributor’s - district wise, dealers – Mandal / Taluk wise, sub dealers / Retailers area wise and achieving the budgeted targets.
• Any other Job assigned by the Management.

• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a challenging environment.
• Candidate should have good communication skills on Local Language.
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent convincing, building rapport with Farmers, Farm Owners & Village level Milk collection agents.
Proven experience in business growth, geographic expansion, and profitability in the assigned territory.
Strong experience of handling distributor sales specifically in rural areas.
