Description

  1. Collection Executive for home loans, personal loans, and loans against property.
  2. Extensive travel across Tamil Nadu for 15 days each month to meet clients for overdue collections.
  3. Responsible for recovering outstanding dues from clients efficiently and in a timely manner.
  4. Handle negotiations and create repayment plans with clients to settle overdue amounts.
  5. Ensure a professional and courteous approach while handling client issues.
  6. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
  7. Provide management with regular updates and reports on collection activities.
  8. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  9. Previous experience in collections or financial services is preferred.
  10. Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively for business.
