Job Description: Business Development (Sales) on Personal Loan Product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and assess client needs to offer tailored banking solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial goals and progress.
Maintain Minimum Productivity Month on Month as per the CTC Guidelines
Minimum Productivity: 35 Lakhs Personal Loan Disbursement Per Month.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
