Description

Shalom Greentech is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Women Showroom Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling retail sales, managing accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service at our agricultural equipment showroom.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for agriculture, a flair for sales, and the ability to handle financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales:

  1. Greet and assist customers in selecting agricultural equipment that meets their needs.
  2. Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and usage.
  3. Demonstrate equipment functionality when necessary and address customer queries professionally.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

Accounts Management:

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and inventory using showroom software.
  2. Handle daily cash transactions and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the day.
  3. Prepare and submit periodic sales and accounts reports to the management.
  4. Coordinate with the accounts department for GST filings and other financial compliance.

Showroom Operations:

  1. Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  2. Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team to maintain inventory.
  3. Assist in marketing initiatives such as promotions and offers.
  4. Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer details, warranties, and purchase orders.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or accounts management (experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage).
  3. Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of agricultural equipment and its applications (training will be provided if required).
    • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
