Description

  • Calibration: Adjusting and calibrating machinery to improve productivity 
  • Cleaning: Cleaning and lubricating machinery and equipment 
  • Reporting: Recording and reporting damaged, worn, or broken parts, and documenting work performed 
  • Safety: Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and following safety guidelines 
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with managers, product managers, and plant engineers 
  • Maintenance: Performing routine and preventive maintenance inspections, servicing, and testing machinery 
  • Repair: Disassembling and repairing broken or malfunctioning machinery, including replacing parts 
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying the causes of machine breakdowns and performing basic diagnostic tests 
  • Installation: Installing new machines and equipment
