Responsibility

Should ensure team productivity and meeting target on time.
Will be responsible for Marketing and Sales of ISP (Boardband and Leased Line) and VAS – IT Services product.
Should concentrate on Corporate and high value customer and College segment.
Responsible for team development.
Should provide hand on training to sales and motivate them as result oriented persons.
Should involve in Branding and promotion of our company brand.
Manage sales funnel, provide accurate sales forecasting for budget planning to the Head.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Should aware about the ISP competitor across the region and other recent technologies.
Reporting Weekly and monthly sales, team targets and achievement etc.

Requirement

1. Should be a result oriented person
2. Should have experience in team handling
3. Should have good communication and convincing skill
4. Willing to Travel

Must Have experience in ILL sales
