We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser with a strong background in the retail textile industry. The role involves creating visually appealing displays that enhance customer experience, drive sales, and reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Display Creation: Design and implement attractive in-store and window displays for textile products, ensuring alignment with brand and seasonal trends.
• Product Placement: Strategically place textiles to maximize visibility and sales, working with the sales team to optimize store layouts.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on textile trends and incorporate them into merchandising strategies.
• Store Signage & Branding: Design effective signage and ensure consistent store branding.
• Team Collaboration: Work with store teams to refresh displays and ensure products are displayed correctly.
• Sales Monitoring: Track display performance and adjust strategies to improve sales.
• Customer Engagement: Create engaging environments to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Preferable- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT · Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other visual tools.
Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and product display techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
