Job Summary:
The Home Loan Officer is responsible for identifying potential home loan customers, guiding them through the loan application process, and ensuring loan disbursement. The role involves sales, client servicing, and coordination with internal teams and external agents. UPTO 2.5 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new home loan customers through leads, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Assess customer needs and explain various home loan products and eligibility criteria.
Collect and verify customer documents and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
