Key Responsibilities:

  • Following Scripts and Guidelines: Ensuring consistent messaging and customer interaction.
  • Providing Product/Service Information: Answering customer questions and explaining benefits.
  • Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Handling Inbound Calls: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Following Up with Leads: Scheduling appointments or closing sales.
  • Maintaining Records: Updating CRM systems with customer interaction details.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Contributing to the team's overall sales goals.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: Handling complaints and providing solutions.
