We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (1–3 years for mid-level)
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Hotjar)
Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Certifications (optional):
Google Ads or Google Analytics Certification
HubSpot or other marketing automation certification
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
