Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience to support the growth of our training institute. The role involves promoting our courses, building partnerships, and increasing student enrollment through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote training programs to students, professionals, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking.
Build and maintain client relationships to achieve enrollment targets.
Conduct presentations and counseling sessions for prospective students or partners.
Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and event support.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and corporate meetings to increase visibility.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any stream).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in education, training, or services).
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
