Relationship Manager is responsible for promoting and selling our chit fund products to potential customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. They need to be skilled in field sales, communication, and persuasion, and may be required to travel within their assigned territory. Experience in financial services or chit fund organizations is often an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting and Selling Chit Funds:
Actively market chit fund schemes to potential customers through various methods like field visits, networking, and promotional campaigns.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify potential customers, explain the benefits of chit funds, and convert them into subscribers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
Documentation and Onboarding:
Collect necessary documents from subscribers and ensure their accurate onboarding in coordination with the back-office team.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Reporting and Compliance:
Provide accurate sales reports to management and maintain compliance with internal documentation and regulatory requirements.
