Hydraulics Assembly Fitter:

ITI or Diploma holders with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hydraulic assembly are preferred.
Responsible for assembling hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and motors, based on technical drawings and schematics.
Perform pressure testing and leak detection to verify the functionality and safety of assembled units.
Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects before and after installation.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals to support accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
Install hydraulic systems into machinery and equipment.
Support the commissioning process and assist with initial system setup to ensure proper operation.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic testing equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to industry standards and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of assembly, testing, and maintenance activities.
Identify and report faults, issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.
