Responsibilities:

Order Picking: Accurately locate and pick apparel items (clothing, accessories, etc.) based on pick lists, order sheets, or RF scanners.
Quantity Verification: Verify the quantity and size of picked items against the order to ensure accuracy.
Quality Control: Inspect apparel items for any damages, defects, or discrepancies before packing. Report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
Packing: Carefully pack picked items into appropriate boxes, bags, or other packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Labeling: Accurately apply shipping labels, packing slips, and any other required documentation to packages.
Inventory Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by reporting any discrepancies or misplaced items.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the picking and packing areas.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks (if required), and RF scanners.
Meeting Productivity Goals: Achieve and maintain established productivity and accuracy targets.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Other Duties: Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
