Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial solar installations
Conduct site visits to explain solar product benefits and gather customer requirements
Promote company solar solutions through field marketing, roadshows, and local partnerships
Coordinate with the tele-calling team and sales manager for lead conversion
Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and client feedback
Educate customers on government subsidies, net metering, and ROI of solar systems

Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (BCom, BSc, BA, BBA, MBA, MSW, DIPLOMA, BE preferred)
Bonus: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Renewable Energy, or Electrical field

Skills & Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in field marketing/sales (solar or energy sector preferred)
Good communication and presentation skills in local language + basic English
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone
Basic knowledge of solar energy is an added advantage
