Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for solar product promotion (residential & commercial)
Lead and manage a team of marketing executives and assign area-wise targets
Oversee lead generation through digital campaigns, field activations, and partnerships
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare marketing and sales performance reports
Collaborate with the sales, installation, and design teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
Identify new market opportunities, local events, and government schemes for outreach
Create marketing content, presentations, and client proposals as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field
Certification or short courses in Digital/Field Marketing will be a plus

Skills & Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in solar marketing, field sales, or a similar industry
Strong team leadership, people management, and planning skills
Good understanding of solar products, customer economics (ROI, subsidy), and net metering policies
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Must be proactive, target-driven, and capable of training junior staff
Language: Fluent in local language + English
Vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for field supervision
