1. Form new groups, enrol (by obtaining Inter-se agreement, know your customer card, SHG & member
profile).
2. Maintain and service to SHGs ( means customers).
4. Brief the SHGs about the BML products and services.
5. Coordinate with the trainers in conducting SHG member trainings.
6. Participate in the group meetings.
7. Conduct meetings of cluster-level federations.
8. Conduct capacity development training for weak groups.
