Job Description: CNC Bending Operator

Job Role: CNC Bending Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC bending machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Set up and adjust machine settings, tools, and dies for different bending operations.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and measurement standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC bending machines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in operating CNC bending machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of different metals, bending techniques, and tolerances.
Basic programming knowledge of CNC bending machines is an advantage.
Attention to detail and quality control skills.
Minimum high school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
