Job Summary:

As a Welder (Arc) at Solar Energy, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal structures that support solar panels. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure strong, safe, and properly aligned structural supports.

  • Perform arc welding to join metal components (MS/iron structures) used in mounting solar panels.
  • Cut, shape, and weld metal frames according to design specifications and blueprints.
  • Assemble and install ground-mounted or rooftop support structures securely.
  • Operate arc welding equipment, cutting torches, and grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Use protective gear (helmet, gloves, etc.) and follow safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain and clean welding tools and equipment regularly.
