Operate manual lathe machines to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Set up and calibrate machines, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly prepared for the job.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes, checking for quality and making adjustments as necessary.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
