Identifying and monitoring production machine parameters.
Monitoring and testing product/batch quality.
Ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Identifying machine faults and production rate errors.
Maintaining production logbooks.
Reporting faults and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers.
Maintaining a clean and safe production area.
Ensuring all service personnel adheres to safety protocols.
Providing technical support to all projects, performing root cause analysis, and working to reduce any defects.
Provide support to the processes of manufacturing polyurethane products and to improve processes that already exist.
Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
Ensure that all workers are always fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards.
Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.

Performs all steps necessary to maintain correct chemical ratio or material mixture needed to support proper equipment operation, product quality.

Safely maintains and stores all relevant tools, instruments, measuring devices, and equipment to ensure proper function.
