Description

Computer Service Engineer:

  1. Troubleshoot Hardware Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions in PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
  2. Software Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
  3. Network Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining local area networks (LAN), including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  4. System Upgrades: Assist in upgrading hardware and software components to improve system performance and security.
  5. Remote Support: Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve issues without requiring physical presence.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed meets quality standards and company policies.
  7. Field Service: Travel to client locations as needed to perform on-site repairs and installations.
