Description

  1. Mechanical System – HVAC Equipment and distribution such as Cooling tower, AHU, Ducting, etc.
  2. Electrical System – Panels, switchboards, elevators, transformer, cable trays, etc.
  3. Plumbing and Sanitary System – Pumps, water holding tanks, pool filtration equipment, Sump, sewage pit, grease and sand traps, etc.
  4. Fire Safety System – Fire sprinkler pumps, sprinkler tanks fire shutter, smoke curtains, piping system, etc.
  5. Outside of Building – External works, rooftop, and external face of a building, etc.
  6. Extra Low Voltage – Closed Circuit Television System, Access Control System, Public Address & General alarm System, LAN and Telephone System
  1. To prepare the list of MEP deliverables and coordinate between Architect / Structural & Co Consultants / respective team
  2. To collect the necessary relevant drawings from the respective team stage by stage based on the site necessity
  3. To ensure the Architect / Client requirement in each of the MEP services during coordination
  4. To assist in formulating the utility requirements of MEP services with the respective team
  5. To collect and coordinate the conceptual designs for the MEP services
  6. To coordinate overall space requirements
  7. To consolidate & summarize the MEP Budgetary Cost Estimation
  8. To prepare schematic design for MEP design
  9. To coordinate Shafts and other requirements for MEP services
  10. MEP coordination drawing evaluates the conflicts and clashes between architectural elements and MEP systems.
  11. To prepare section detail for MEP Services
