Duties & Responsibilities for Production Trainees:
1. Ensure the workplace 5S & neatness
2. As per MPI follow the work instructions
3. Before start the work verify and update the check sheet
4 Check the machine condition
5 Check the primary routing in the machine
6 Take the bobbin and see the visual for any other defect is there
7 Load the bobbin in the bobbin pocket
8 Press the start button for winding
9 Primary side winded with copper wire
10 Ensure the windings are in proper manner
11 Unload the bobbins
12 See the visual before loading the bobbins slotted trays
13 Ensure the built in quality of the bobbin
14 Move to next stage
15 If any issue in line inform to line leader
