We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests by delivering exceptional service, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions about menu items or specials.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and check on customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and promptly.
Process bills, accept payments, and provide accurate change if needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good memory and attention to detail.
Neat appearance and a positive, polite attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
