About the Role

1. Visit all educational and healthcare institutions in your district

2. Collect required uniform samples and Information

Requirements

1. Must Speak Tamil & English

2. Two Wheeler and Smart Phone Required

3. Minimum qualification: Degree or Above

Duration: 2 Months (immediate joining)

Work Location: Preferably Your Own & Nearby District

Pay and Benefits:

1. Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

2. Food Allowances: ₹2,000 per month

3. Petrol Allowances: Based on Vehicle model and kilometers travelled

4. Incentives: ₹40 per completed institution

5. Additional Bonus ₹500 per week to the Top Performer

6. Project Completion Certificate

7. Career Growth: Interested candidates will be offered In-house sales training after 2 months. Upon successful completion and meeting performance standards, they will be promoted to the role of Regional Sales Executive

Communication skills - Fluency in both Tamil and English- Interpersonal skills - Ability to interact confidently with clients in educational institutes and healthcare- Smartphone Proficiency - Able to use Google maps for travelling to specific client location and other mobile apps for data collection or reporting - Field Sales/ Operations Skills - Able to work independently in the field - Knowledge of field work logistics ( travel planning , managing appointments with clients) - Time Management - Handle multiple visits per day - Efficiently complete visits and tasks within timelines - Problem Solving - Ability to adapt to different field conditions and address small issues on the go- Record Keeping - Collect and record uniform samples and data accurately and courier to Tiruvannamalai branch office weekly once - Travel Willingness- Must be open to daily travel with in your own or nearby district
