Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves field work across various locations in India and requires individuals who are passionate about technical support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Installation: Install and set up machines or systems at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular service checks to ensure equipment is operating optimally.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt support and guidance to customers when issues arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of services performed, parts replaced, and issues resolved.
  • User Training: Educate and train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment or machinery.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Kannada, and Telugu.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
