Responsibilities
• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in locating merchandise.

• Process transactions at the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. \
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
