We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Battery and UPS Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and service of UPS systems, inverters, and batteries. The technician will be responsible for field service support, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues at customer sites.
Install, test, and commission UPS systems, batteries (SMF, Tubular, Lithium-ion), and inverters.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for UPS and battery systems.
Identify and troubleshoot faults in UPS/inverter and battery systems.
Replace or repair damaged components and batteries.
Maintain service logs, reports, and customer records.
Provide technical support and training to customers on basic operation and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical standards during service work.
Travel to customer locations for service calls and AMC visits.
Coordinate with the service team and update on service status or critical issues.
