Description

  1. Financial Recordkeeping

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

    • Record all financial transactions in ledgers and accounting systems.

  2. Financial Reporting

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    • Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and risks.

  3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

    • Manage outgoing payments and vendor invoices.

    • Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

  4. Bank Reconciliation

    • Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

  5. Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

    • Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.

  6. Tax Preparation & Compliance

    • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant laws.

    • Ensure timely payment of taxes and handle correspondence with tax authorities.

  7. Audit Support

    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

    • Prepare necessary documentation and respond to audit queries.

  8. Payroll Assistance

    • Assist in payroll processing and ensure correct tax and benefit deductions.

    • Maintain employee compensation records.

  9. Compliance & Regulation

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.

    • Stay updated on changes in accounting laws and practices.

  10. Financial Analysis

  • Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement.

  1. Inventory & Asset Management

  • Track and reconcile inventory and fixed assets.

  • Assist in asset valuation and depreciation calculations.

  1. Software & Systems Management

  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems.
