Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Operations Associate (Concessionaire) to join our theatre team. You will be responsible for serving snacks and soft drinks at the concession stand, handling payments, and helping ensure customers have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food and beverages.
Operate the cash register and handle payments.
Keep the concession area clean and well-stocked.
Greet and assist customers in a polite and helpful manner.
Follow hygiene and safety rules at all times.
Help with other tasks in the theatre when needed.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling money.
