LIC's Bima Sakhi (MCA Plan) is a stipend plan exclusively for women with a stipend period of 3 years. The appointment of a person under the MCA Scheme shall not be deemed to be a salaried appointment as an employee of the Corporation. Minimum age should be 18 years on the date of application. Maximum age at entry shall be 70 years (last birthday). Minimum Qualification - 10th class passed. Performance criteria to be met by the MCA during each stipend year
