Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified staff nurse to deployed at industrial client locations under our Occupational Health Centre (OHC) services in chennai. The nurse will be responsible for providing first aid, handling occupational injuries and illnesses, maintaining medical records, and supporting compliance with health and safety regulations at the worksite.

1) Provide first aid and emergency care to employees during workplace incidents. 2) Monitor employee health,manage minor illnesses/injuries, and refer to hospitals when necessary 3) Assist in pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups 4) Maintain accurate medical recotds, form 11, and support for audits. 5) Collect and manage biomedical waste per safety standards 6) Educate workers on health and hygiene, ergonomics, and wellness practices. 7) Support compliance with Factories Act, BOCW guidelines, and EHS regulations 8) Liaise with safety officers, doctors, and management for smooth health service operations.
