JOB DESCRIPTION :

Instructional Design and Materials:
- Designing and developing training curricula, including learning objectives, assessments, and learning activities.
- Ensuring training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest software versions.
- Creating clear and concise instructional materials that are easy to understand and follow.

Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
- Providing constructive feedback to trainees on their progress and performance.
- Measuring learning outcomes and ensuring that trainees have acquired the necessary skills.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to trainees after the training is completed.
- Staying informed about software updates and changes to ensure the training content remains accurate.
- Developing and delivering refresher courses or advanced training as needed.

Additional Tasks:
- Collaborating with other trainers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Participating in industry events and professional development activities.
- Managing training schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling administrative tasks.

- Tailoring training programs to specific client needs and skill levels.
- Using various teaching methods, including demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on exercises.
- Conducting in-person, online, or hybrid training sessions.
- Creating and updating training materials, such as manuals, tutorials, and online modules.
