Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing functions, manage a team, and develop comprehensive campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, branding, content, advertising, and public relations campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects with sales, product, and creative teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FMCG, Bakery, Food manufacturing
  • MBA or marketing certifications
  • Familiarity with data visualization and performance tracking tools
