1.Master’s degree in a Relevant Field (Social Work, Human Resources, Disability Studies).
2.Experience/ passion for Networking, Relationship Building, Recruitment, Preferably in the Social Sector.
3.Passion for Social inclusion and Empowerment of marginalized communities.
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6.Counselling and Report writing skills.
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
8.Willingness to travel for outreach activities and engagement with stakeholders.
9.Improve the quality of special schools through training, assistance and resource building activities.
10.Coordinate and Collaborate with Companies, Colleges, NGOs, and government institutions.
11.Organize events and workshops that foster inclusivity.
12.Create more local and national level job opportunities for PwDs.
