Description

Position: Quality Engineer (LV Switchboards)

Number of openings: 2 

Reporting: To the Sr. Quality Engineer

Location: At our Works at Gudapakkam, Chennai

Qualification requirements: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech - Electrical/ Electronics Engineering. 

Min and Max experience: Between 2 and 3 Years, in relevant fields. 

Professional requirements:

  1. Must have had experience in handling Quality checks and conducting electrical testing related to LV Switchboards. 
  2. Knowledge of various testing equipment is a must
  3. Knowledge of reading electrical control scheme and GA drawing is a must
  4. Practical Knowledge of Control panel wiring is an added advantage.
  5. AutoCAD skill is required
  6. Must speak Tamil and English fluently.  

Roles and responsibilities:

    1. To conduct incoming raw material inspection, inprocess quality checks and Final quality check.
    2. To engage with the customer during Factory inspection and successfully clear the factory inspection to obtain dispatch clearance from the customer. 
    3. To give clearance for dispatch to our Stores, upon completion of all QC related works.
    4. To help the Technician understand the drawing and guide them in their daily work, for defect free production.  
    5. To check and maintain all measuring equipment including Calibration and their working condition.
    6. To document all works done at your end in relevant formats as prescribed in our ISO system, as an XLS file and in hard copy. 
    7. To visit Vendors, if required to follow up on material delivery from their end. 

Consolidated Salary offered: Maximum of Rs. 28,000/- per month. 

Candidate preference: Male candidates are preferred, located in and around Tiruvallur town.
