BASIC FUNCTION:-In-Process & Shop Floor Inspection knowledge in ED Coating/ Powder Coating/ Spray Paint Lines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Conducting Inspections in all stages.Achieving Quality Objectives Receiving Inspection Report / SPC report / Patrol Inspection report / Visual inspection area to be monitoring Supplier Rejection Evolution / Supplier Test Reports Maintain. Maintain All Measuring Instruments / Calibration reports Stage Drawings maintain in every process
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:-Work Experience as a Quality Inspector in Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Companies or Similar Role Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience is required Knowledge in ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949:2016 Basic knowledge in PPAP, APQP, Control plan, SPC study, QC tools, Instruments Handling Good verbal and written communication skills+2/ ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering / Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
